M3 iMac specs
Apple announced that the new iMac model will come with a 24-inch screen. According to the statement, the new iMac will be 2 times faster than its predecessor with the M1 processor. For those upgrading from the Intel-based iMac, we should point out that the new iMac is up to 2.5 times faster than the most popular 27-inch models and 4 times faster than the 27-inch models.
Offering 8-core CPU, up to 10-core GPU and up to 24 GB combined memory support, the M3 processor will significantly increase iMac performance. Users will feel the power of M3 in everything they do, from multitasking in everyday productivity apps to exploring creative passions like editing high-resolution photos or streaming multiple 4K videos.
Featuring M3’s next-generation GPU, iMac will support hardware-accelerated mesh shading and ray tracing, providing more accurate lighting, reflections and shadows for a more realistic gaming experience. With its 16-core Neural Engine and the latest media engine, iMac will also deliver outstanding machine learning and video performance.
It also has a large 4.5K Retina display with 11.3 million pixels and over a billion colors. However, Apple claims that the M3 iMac is the all-in-one device with the best camera.
“We’re excited to make a major contribution to the performance of the iMac with the M3 chip,” said John Ternus, Apple’s senior vice president of Hardware Engineering. Millions of users absolutely love the iMac for its stunning design and large 24-inch, 4.5K Retina display that’s the perfect size for them to deploy and get work done with all their favorite apps. “And now M3 brings even more speed to everything users do, whether it’s multitasking, creating stunning images and videos, working on a business plan, or playing their favorite games.” He stated:
Apple announced that customers can order the new iMac starting today. M3 iMac will be in stock in our country on November 10.
